OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and maintaining high cleanliness standards within our establishment. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; hospitality experience will be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning techniques is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
  • Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to ensure a pristine appearance.
  • Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Assist with laundry duties when necessary to ensure an adequate supply of clean linens.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
