JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner/room attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or janitorial services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our guests and staff.
5 days a week approx. 25-30 hours on a rota basis includes weekends, early starts some days from 6am/7am to support our spa cleaners

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning equipment is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and organisation.
  • Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.
