We are seeking a qualified, service-minded ambassador for this exciting Luxury Concierge position.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Must have experience working with computers, specifically Word, Excel and messaging.
  • Qualified candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.
  • Minimum 2-years experience in similar position in a luxury setting or hotel school degree.
  • Must be flexible with days and hours.
  • Previous luxury hotel experience a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome all guests in a luxury environment, and manage multiple priorities calmly delivering results in a fast paced environment.
  • Offer a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests in accordance with the Company’s standards assisting with the check-in and check-out of the Inhouse guests and creating a warm reception and farewell to all guests.
  • Handling all incoming Front Desk and Concierge phone calls to the hotel on a given shift.
  • Handling all guest inquiries and requests, as well as providing hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay. Handling all special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, celebrations) and identifying appropriate providers. Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Provide Philadelphia area information, special events, activities and happenings to guests including detailed knowledge of the hotel, surroundings and amenities.
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
  • Assist in enrolling guests in our ALL Accor frequent guest program.
