JOB SUMMARY

The Hotel Contracting Manager will be responsible for negotiating and managing hotel contracts, securing competitive rates, and building strong relationships with hoteliers and business partners. The role requires ensuring product competitiveness, developing exclusive offers and group promotions, and overseeing all contract documentation and compliance. The Manager will also conduct site inspections, maintain strategic partnerships, and implement procedures and policies that align with business goals and KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the tourism, hospitality, or travel industry.
• Proven track record in hotel contracting, negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong product knowledge of hotels and destination markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
