This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for managing corporate sales inquiries, converting leads into confirmed business, and contributing to the hotel’s overall revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a hotel or similar setting.
• A proven track record of converting leads into confirmed bookings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; Opera or HotSoft experience a plus.

• Respond efficiently and professionally to all corporate sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Qualify leads and tailor proposals to meet specific client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Draft and finalise contracts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
• Work collaboratively with operations and reservations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, and bookings using the hotel’s CRM system.
