Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitize in the dish machine. Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Remove all garbage. Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift. Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized. What you should bring to the table: Professionalism Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable. Ability to handle high heat and moisture. Previous experience preferred but not necessary. Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members

Responsibilities

The Hotel Dishwasher will operate dish machines according to specifications, restock dishes and utensils, and maintain cleanliness in the dish area. Additional duties include removing garbage and sanitizing equipment at the end of shifts.
