We are looking for a Hotel Driver who would join our energetic Concierge team to help provide that high quality experience Your Day-to-Day We are seeking a Hotel Driver to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting guests on arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional first impression Providing safe, timely transportation for guests to and from the hotel Maintaining strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist and guide guests Assisting with luggage and packages to support smooth check-ins and check-outs Offering recommendations and assisting with bookings for local dining, attractions, and transportation Ensuring the hotel vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and operated safely at all times What we need from you A current, full New Zealand driving license required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to handle guest requests efficiently Demonstrated knowledge of the local area and attractions Fit and able to lift heavy suitcases.
