Barony Castle Hotel, nestled in 25 acres of stunning countryside near Peebles, is seeking a proactive and experienced Hotel Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and support our busy events calendar—from weddings and conferences to private celebrations.

• Lead and coordinate daily hotel operations across reception, housekeeping, and food & beverage
• Act as the senior point of contact during your shift, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Support and motivate staff across departments, especially during high-volume events
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and operational standards
• Liaise with the events team to ensure seamless execution of weddings, conferences, and functions
