Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Hotel Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the hotel. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead by example to uphold the highest standards of service, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage and Rooms Division. Your leadership and proactive approach will drive operational excellence, team development, and guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently and cohesively.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to optimise performance, resolve challenges, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery across all areas, particularly in Food & Beverage outlets and guest rooms.
