QuickTurn Hospitality Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel / Duty Manager to join our Clients at NSW , regional - Tweed Heads. This role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of hotel operations while ensuring outstanding guest experiences and smooth day-to-day management.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant hotel or hospitality management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, supervise, and roster staff.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (preferred).
  • Sponsorship opportunity available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee reservations, reception, room service, and housekeeping operations.
  • Supervise property maintenance, security, and garden upkeep.
  • Plan and manage bar, restaurant, functions, and conference activities.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, OH&S, and other relevant regulations.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements.
  • Manage accounting, budgets, and purchasing activities.
  • Represent the hotel with guests, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
