We’re looking for an all rounded Duty Manager at Hetland Hall Hotel to support the effective operation of the hotel by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests respectively.
Part of the award-winning, family-owned RAD Hotel Group, Hetland Hall Hotel is a beautiful country house hotel located in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway. We are passionate about providing our guests with unforgettable experiences and are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Assistant Operations Manager to join our team.

• Managing the team members whilst on duty to ensure they promote a helpful and professional image to all guests
• Effectively communicating across departments to ensure smooth service delivery within the hotel
• Acting as ‘host’ and figurehead to guests, members and staff
• Proactively addressing any concerns and resolving guest enquiries and complaints
• Being hands on by covering reception, restaurant and functions when required
