We lead from the front. We’re seeking a Full Time Duty Manager who holds themselves to the highest standards — from guest satisfaction to team productivity. You’ll champion our ‘one team’ approach, ensuring you and your team handle every guest query, complaint, or suggestion with efficiency and care. What You’ll Do Lead the Front Office team to deliver effortless check-ins and memorable stays. Motivate, mentor, and develop team members, creating a high-energy and positive workplace. Collaborate across departments to maintain exceptional service standards. Oversee daily hotel operations – from financial transactions to staffing and guest relations. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities. Act as the first point of contact during critical emergency situations. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in hotels or hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays. Valid NSW RSA Competency Card, First Aid Certification, and Driver’s License. Experience with hotel property management systems (Opera highly regarded). A collaborative leader who inspires and promotes a culture of excellence.
