FULL-TIME (40 HOURS)

We’re looking for a Duty Manager to support the effective operation of the hotel by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests respectively.
You will need to be an effective communicator, a hands on and approachable leadership style and a passion for delivering a first class customer journey. You will be extremely organised and be able to implement and support company standards. As Duty Manager, you will be involved with support the efficient running of all departments within the hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the team members whilst on duty to ensure they promote a helpful and professional image to all guests
  • Effectively communicating across departments to ensure smooth service delivery within the hotel
  • Acting as ‘host’ and figurehead to guests, members and staff
  • Being hands on by covering reception at busy check in and check out periods, assisting guests to their rooms when required, supporting the banqueting teams for weddings, conferences and other events, making regular walk rounds of the restaurant and assisting with greeting and seating guests
