In this role, you’ll deliver memorable guest experiences through genuine care and service, as well as:

  • Oversee Rooms Division operations, collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth overnight service aligned with Crown standards.
  • Uphold OH&S standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve escalated issues promptly, and ensure service excellence.
  • Operate confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify operational challenges and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.

This role requires:

  • Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Availability to commit to a 7-day roster of permanent overnights, weekends and other peak periods
  • A valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
  • A valid Victorian RSA Certificat
