We are looking for a well-rounded Duty Manager to support the smooth and efficient operation of Seamill Hydro Hotel. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and strong leadership, ensuring a high standard of experience for both guests and colleagues.

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring outstanding guest service and satisfaction.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high hospitality standards.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to enhance dining experiences and service quality.
• Support and oversee operations across all departments, including restaurant, conference & banqueting, reception, and other areas as required.
• Communicate effectively with both guests and staff to ensure smooth operations.
