We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team at The Buttermere Court Hotel in Buttermere. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining the high standards of our hotel and restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to your own transport. (Please note, The Buttermere Court Hotel is not regularly serviced by public transport. Hence, candidates must have access to their own transport).
