REPORTS TO: RECEPTION MANAGER

We are currently seeking a confident, service-focused Hotel Duty Manager to join our welcoming team at our boutique 4-star property in Central London. With just 72 bedrooms, we prioritise quality over quantity, offering thoughtful, personalised service and genuine guest care.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing leadership role—perfect for someone who values meaningful interaction with guests, takes pride in high standards, and brings a calm, composed approach to daily operations.

Responsibilities

As Duty Manager, you will act as the face of the hotel, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across Front Office and beyond. You will lead by example, overseeing service standards, supporting the rest of the team, and ensuring guest satisfaction at every opportunity. Key responsibilities include:
Providing outstanding customer service to ensure total guest satisfaction
Managing check-in/out procedures, billing, and guest queries
Supporting room allocations and special requests
Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure operational flow
Upholding health & safety and hygiene standards
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
Acting as the hotel’s ambassador—building rapport with guests and encouraging repeat visits
