• Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations across reception, housekeeping, and food & beverage
• Supporting and motivating staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Handling guest queries and resolving issues with warmth and professionalism
• Ensuring health & safety and operational standards are consistently met
• Acting as the senior point of contact during your shift
