As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for an additional Hotel Facility Manager in Amsterdam

Responsibilities
  • Are operationally responsible for high-quality service delivery within various hotels and the optimal functioning of employees within a designated region.
  • Are responsible for the management, coaching, and guidance of Housekeeping Managers, housekeepers, supervisors, and other employees to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor contract agreements and maintain relationships with clients. You contribute to new contracts and update agreements when necessary.
  • Implement and oversee operational processes and procedures to optimize business operations and uphold Check in Cleaning’s image as a quality-focused company.
  • Ensure compliance with operational HR policies.
  • Report relevant matters to the director in a timely manner.
