The Hotel Supervisor oversees the hotel front desk, call center, valet and gift shop.They are responsible for assisting the manager with hiring, scheduling and training the employees in these areas. Hotel Supervisors are required to handle all guest problems and complaints in a timely and effective manner while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Schedule, interview and hire new hotel front desk positions.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees when necessary.
• Handle all guest problems and complaints in a timely and effective manner while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
• Maintain knowledge of daily resort activities and promotions and effectively communicate these events to our guests.
• Responsible for efficiently and effectively working within the hotel and company technology systems, conducting both input as well as data inquiry and reporting.
