JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous but can be taught on the job.

  • Maintain front desk operations by managing cash transactions, processing payments, and balancing cash drawers.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
  • Address any guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression for guests.
