As a Hotel Front Desk Agent at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. You will assist with check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and help maintain a clean and inviting lobby environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. * Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately. * Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns. * Handle phone calls, reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area. * Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and lobby area. * Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Minimum of 1 year hotel/resort experience preferred.  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor. * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure. * Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software systems. * Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
