Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Compensation: $14 - $17  Key Responsibilities: * Check guests in and out by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys. * Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally. * Manage cash drawer and process payments (room charges, cash, debit, or credit). * Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and organized. * Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for guests. * Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local attractions. * Answer guest calls, messages, and process requests or concerns. * Run daily reports and ensure the accuracy of information. * Assist guests with special requests and ensure their satisfaction. * Follow all company policies, and safety procedures, and maintain confidentiality of guest information.   Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations. * Proficiency in Windows operating systems and office software. * Ability to work well with others and develop positive working relationships. * Ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.
