Description: To be responsible for all front office related functions in an efficient and professional manner, while maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality. This position involves working at the front desk and reservations, including making reservations for guests and providing information about the property and its facilities for all inquires. Desk duties include checking guests in and out of the hotel and any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager/Front Desk Managers.
Hours: Approximately 15-25 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Shifts could include 7:00am starts and 11:00pm finish times.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required, and you must be computer literate. Second language an asset.
