JOB OVERVIEW

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, ensuring a memorable and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. We are looking for a candidate that is punctual with a reliable form of transportation and who is flexible in scheduling. This position is primarily for 2nd shift.

SKILLS

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and hotel management software
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and handling reservations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
