They will exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly. Administer check-ins and check-outs. Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties. Processing guests’ payments. Processing food and beverage requests. Delivering mail and messages. Promote facilities, amenities, and activities, as well as be a source of information for guests. Update guest records. Problem-solve to achieve guest resolution. Accommodating general and unique requests. Storing/Selling alcoholic beverages. Stocking products. Other duties as assigned by management. Working Conditions: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Requirements Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of previous hospitality experience preferred. Good interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Conflict resolution experience. Patience and good listening skills. 21 years of age or older Physical Requirements: Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
