REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate guest records.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls, taking messages as necessary with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with night audit procedures as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
  • Provide support for guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints effectively and professionally.
