JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and guest services , ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all guests. Experience in Choice Advantage is highly desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Execute operation using Choice Advantage software. Perform daily hotel operations, including front desk management and guest services.
  • Lead and train staff to ensure high standards of customer service are met.
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Oversee housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure cleanliness and functionality of the hotel.
  • Maintain Kitchen area with utmost customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of local attractions and services to provide recommendations to guests.
