Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will embody the AC Hotels’ commitment to “The Perfectly Precise Hotel” experience by overseeing all front desk and guest services operations. This is a leadership role for a creative and passionate individual with a strong foundation in hospitality and an eye for exceptional service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a hotel front office, with at least one year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A “people-first” mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate the entire Front Office team, including Front Desk Agents, Supervisors, and Night Audit staff.
  • Ensure seamless and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, resolving any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff to uphold the highest standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and review platforms, and implement creative solutions to address and improve service.
  • Oversee all reservations and room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue in partnership with the General Manager.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests and other hotel departments, building collaborative relationships with housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Manage front office budgets, payroll, and departmental supplies.
  • Greet VIPs and arrange for special services or personalized experiences as requested.
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are always well-maintained and representative of the AC Hotels’ standard of elegance.
