HOTEL FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Our client a company that specializes in managing hotels and resorts is seeking to hire a Front Office Manager for a brand new hotel that opened in Brookfield, WI in 2024. This is a direct hire (full-time position) that pays $50K-$55K and includes a generous benefits package. In this position you will be required to be part of the on-call schedule and/or work nights and weekends depending on the needs of the hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a hotel setting.
  • A passion for providing white glove customer service to all guests.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to diagnose and resolve issues with guests and internal employees across different departments.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • The Front Office Manager oversees the Front Office Operations including the front desk, reservations, and guest service operations.
  • Oversee operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with Corporate/Franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
  • Manage the Front Office Team to include training, coaching and provide support.
  • Communication with all departments is key to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints as well as anticipate potential issues by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow, and associates performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
  • Key responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, financial management, guest relations, and helping implement emergency and security procedures.
