We are looking for our next Front Office Manager! Position Summary The Springhill Suites/TownePlace Suites by Marriott Columbus Easton is a Dual Brand property, with a combined 262 rooms, professionally managed by Concord Hospitality. The Hotel Front Office Manager oversees all front of house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. This role leads the front desk team, maintains service standards, resolves guest concerns, and ensures smooth daily hotel operations while supporting revenue goals and guest satisfaction.
