We are currently seeking a self-driven, ambitious, and hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead our hotel in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong Food & Beverage background, proven experience as a General Manager, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar property.
  • Strong background in Food & Beverage and hotel operations.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a passion for guest experience

Experience:

Responsibilities
  • Lead all hotel operations, ensuring commercial success, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Drive revenue and profitability through strategic planning, OKRs, and effective financial management.
  • Implement innovative operational strategies aligned with AG Hotels’ vision.
  • Monitor market trends, guest feedback, and performance data to enhance service and revenue streams.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and operational standards.
  • Oversee property maintenance in collaboration with the central support team.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
  • Champion integrity, lead by example, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
