Hotel General Manager We are seeking a dedicated Hotel General Manager to oversee operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in hospitality, possesses excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all hotel operations to maximize revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand standards compliance. * Lead marketing and advertising efforts to drive occupancy and revenue. * Develop and maintain positive relationships within the local community. * Manage inventory, record-keeping, and ensure budgeted cost controls. * Hire, train, and motivate employees while fostering teamwork and growth. * Handle guest, employee, and property issues professionally. * Be available for on-call responsibilities and emergency coverage. * Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. * Ensure all required reports on revenue, expenses, and operations are submitted timely. Essential Skills & Qualifications: * Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager. * Ability to lead, delegate, and resolve conflicts professionally. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Professional demeanor with excellent guest service skills. * Must meet property grooming standards. * Willingness to work all shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
