Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain the overall efficiency and profitability of the establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services
- Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to ensure a comfortable stay for guests
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of hotel management software and financial management
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
