The Lake Hotel, a well-established property nestled on the shores of Lough Corrib, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead its next chapter of growth. This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional with vision, energy, and a modern approach to hotel management. The property has recently changed hands and the new owners seek a general manager to take charge and lead this year round business.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within hotels or hospitality.
  • Strong background in F&B management and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.
  • Commercially savvy with a creative marketing mindset.
  • Tech-aware, with an interest in modern hospitality solutions and process improvements.
  • Natural leader with excellent communication and people-management skills
  • May suit an assistant GM seeking to move into a GM role or an experienced operator looking to bring their experience to a smaller operation ( 20 Rooms + F & B )
