JOB SUMMARY

The Hotel General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue and maintaining high standards of hospitality. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hotel management practices, and the ability to effectively manage staff and resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry, with experience in customer service, budgeting, and human resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership and development.

  • Familiarity with human resources practices related to hiring, training, and employee relations.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
  • Proficient in front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and maintaining phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in resort management is a plus, along with a solid understanding of guest services and relations.
