  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution aligns with company standards.
  • Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process to build a strong team.
