JOB TITLE: FUN, OUTGOING GUEST SERVICE AGENT FOR A SMALL CITY CENTRE HOTEL

Job Overview: We are seeking a fun, friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and recommending local attractions and inhouse dining options.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of reservation and front desk systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities
