This position will assist in unloading guests’ luggage, and rooming of guests in a professional manner that exemplifies the service commitment. In addition, they are also responsible for the handling of parking and retrieving of guest’s automobiles in a safe, quick and efficient manner, as well as giving directions and information on all hotel and area services. Status: Full Time Availability: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available. Pay Rate: $17.75 Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Act at the first and last impression for guests arriving and departing our hotel. Greet guests as they arrive, unload luggage, and hand out hotel room keys and name badges. Provide a hotel tour to new guests explaining the various services and restaurants available at the hotel. Provide valet parking services to guests. Deliver items to guest rooms such as packages and laundry. Collect luggage and distribute on busy check out days. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous guest or customer service experience preferred. Texas Driver’s License with good driving record required. Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes.
