JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our hotel front desk team. Responsible for assisting guests with check in and check out, handles guest concerns and provides continuous customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES * Administer guest check-in and check-out making sure all procedures are followed * Handle cashier duties and reconcile cash and credit card transactions on the shift * Answer phones and make reservations as required QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma, a GED or equivalent experience.
