We are seeking a friendly and experienced Hotel Guest Service Agent to join our team at 99 rooms Hotel: Motel 6 London. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and Welcoming approach.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to assist callers and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Document in the Front Desk logbook any issues that need to be communicated to the staff for the next shift, and escalate to the Hotel Manager as needed.
  • Support the Supervisor with any other required tasks in a timely manner
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
