JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience and requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest expectations effectively.
We’re looking for someone to move around the building with presence, ensuring all our Restaurants and Bars are operating smoothly, and that no guest gets ignored. Acting graduates welcomed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred, showcasing familiarity with guest services.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing excellent service to create memorable experiences for guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in serving or knowledge of food and beverage service. If you possess these qualities and are eager to contribute to our team, we would love to hear from you!
    Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract, Graduate
