OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous Host/Host experience preferred, with a strong background in food service or restaurant operations.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, with an emphasis on guest relations and communication.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous; experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
  • Background in hotel or hospitality services is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage reservations effectively.
