About the Role The Hampton Inn & Suites Port St. Lucie is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hands-on Housekeeping Inspector to lead our housekeeping team. You’ll ensure our guests experience a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming environment — every time they walk through our doors. This is a key leadership role supporting and relieving the Housekeeping Supervisor, ensuring high standards in cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team development. What You’ll Do Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Train, supervise, and inspect housekeeping and laundry staff to meet brand and quality standards. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and return of guest lost & found items. Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance or guest issues quickly. Perform room and area inspections daily; oversee deep cleaning, special projects, and inventory control. Support scheduling, budgeting, and supply management for the department. Step in to lead the team in the Executive Housekeeper’s absence. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Inspector Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A passion for cleanliness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities and motivate a diverse team.
