Description

We are looking for Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, trash removal, deep cleaning, etc…Attention to detail is of the highest importance. Serious Applicants Only.
You will address guest queries and make sure rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times, while also addressing any maintenance needs that may arise between guests. If you’re interesting in kickstarting your career in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

SKILLS

  • Previous Work experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeper
  • Experience with industrial cleaning equipment, chemicals and products
  • Good physical health and stamina; ability to lift, push, pull up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • High school diploma is a plus
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Change bed linens and make beds
  • Replace, fold, and display towels
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Vacuum carpets
  • Dust furniture and light fixtures
  • Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
  • Restock consumables (e.g. coffee, filters, condiments, etc.)
  • Clean public areas, such as corridors, windows, etc.
  • Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
  • Address guest queries (e.g. on additional services, local area, etc.)
  • Help guests retrieve lost items; Report and log all found items
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and ready to rent by the end of the shift
  • Follow hotel security guidelines, policies, and procedures
