Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations & Oversight: lead daily briefings to assign tasks, inspect room cleanliness, and ensure quality standards. Respond promptly to guest requests, while overseeing the cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: manage staff schedules, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Maintain strong communication with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues efficiently
  • Logistics & Reporting: supervise laundry services, monitor inventory, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies. Complete end-of-day reports and ensure smooth handovers for the following day.
  • Training & Continuous Improvement: organize training sessions for new hires and ongoing development. Plan and execute deep cleaning rotations to maintain high standards across all areas.
