WORKING HOURS

• Contracted hours: 24 hours per week
• Set days: Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 3:00pm
• You will also be required to cover holiday shifts for our other supervisor (Saturday & Sunday).
• Paid 30-minute break: 12:00pm – 12:30pm

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team of 15 dedicated housekeepers. With 58 bedrooms on site, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across 58 bedrooms and public areas
• Allocate tasks and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure standards are met
• Carry out regular room and area checks to maintain high levels of cleanliness
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
• Ensure health & safety and company policies are followed at all times
• Step in to cover weekend supervisory shifts during colleague holidays
