The Four Points - Element Edmonton West is looking for motivated individuals to join our team! We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hotels in West Edmonton.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for assisting in overseeing all housekeeping duties for the hotel and supporting the efficient operations of the housekeeping department (including laundry). This position provides coaching, mentoring, training and monitoring of employees to support daily operations. The Housekeeping Supervisor also promotes a positive working environment and demonstrates leadership in supporting hotel standards, policies and procedures. The position works closely with the Housekeeping Manager, often takes a hands on role in housekeeping, and coordinates activities with other divisions.
