Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness * Keeping sinks, dish racks, and workstations clean and organized. * Wiping down countertops and kitchen surfaces. * Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain hygiene. * Handling & Organizing Dishes * Properly stacking and storing cleaned dishes, utensils, and cookware in their designated areas. * Ensuring that all kitchen staff have the clean tools they need to cook and serve food. Taking Out Trash & Recycling * Emptying trash cans, compost bins, and recycling containers regularly. * Following restaurant waste disposal guidelines. Following Health & Safety Standards * Wearing gloves, aprons, and other protective gear as required. * Ensuring dishes meet sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. * Reporting any broken equipment or safety hazards to management. Keeping Up with a Fast-Paced Environment * Working quickly and efficiently, especially during busy hours. * Staying organized to ensure a smooth workflow for the kitchen team.
