Exclusive Discounts: Hotel, food, and beverage savings for personal travel Professional Growth: Online training courses Additional Support: Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities for the Hotel Maintenance Technician or Hotel Engineer Maintenance and Repairs * Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs for hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and elevators). * Perform or supervise preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment. Facility Operations * Ensure all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, are in excellent condition. * Maintain compliance with brand standards for property upkeep and appearance. Safety and Compliance * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire safety and building codes. * Perform regular safety inspections and maintain records of certifications and inspections. Energy Management * Monitor and manage energy consumption to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices. Collaboration with Other Departments * Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage teams to address maintenance needs promptly and support guest satisfaction. * Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects. What We Are Looking for Hotel Maintenance Technician Supervisor or Hotel Engineer * High school diploma or equivalent * Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. * Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
